Keep a happy spirit -- no matter the beatings, the lows and downs that life dishes out every so often. It is the key to successful survival. Take cover in you faith! Focus on the positive -- it will not only lift one's mood, but can have happy, life-enhancing effect on the body. Keep in mind that nothing is permanent in this world, everything else passess...only God is forever constant. 

Maintain a courageous, alwasy-brimming-with-hope spirit during the onslaught of turbelence in life. Admittedly though, it is much, much easier said than done. With faith and perseverance, however, it can be learned, developed, cultivated and ultimately achieved! Remember, there is  everything to gain from a hopeful, happy, strong, and faith-laden disposition!

As the wise Shakespeare had aptly put it, "a light heart lives long." And a light heart makes everyday a great day!
